In een tijdspanne van 3 jaar, tussen 2008 en 2010, ontwikkelde Bosch Sprang een nieuwe productiemethode voor zijn unieke precisiecomponenten voor de productie van thermovorm matrijzen. Dit project werd bekostigd door “OP-Zuid”, een Innovatieprogramma voor Zuid-Nederland.
Deze nieuwe productiemethode stelt ons in staat de engineering- en productietijden aanzienlijk te reduceren. Op die manier kunnen we concurrender zijn en nieuwe markten betreden.
Omlooptijden voor de technische ontwerpfase alsook voor het productieproces, zoals het draaien, frezen en slijpen van precisiecomponenten, worden gereduceerd. Bij de inkoop van materialen, de productieplanning en de meetkamer kan dezelfde efficiëntie worden bewerkstelligd. Er wordt een robotcel geïnstalleerd die gebruikt wordt voor het testen van nieuwe technologieën. Eveneens van belang voor dit project was de unieke R&D samenwerking met een internationale producent van CAD-/CAM-software.

Nieuwe kraalmachine bij Bosch Sprang Thermovorm testcentrum
Naast een thermovormmachine, beschikt Bosch Sprang nu eveneens over een kraalmachine in hun Thermovorm testcentrum. De meervoudige schroefconfiguratie is geschikt voor een breed scala aan producten en afmetingen.
Deze kraalmachine wordt gebruikt voor test-, sample- en ontwikkelingswerkzaamheden. Samples voor korte productiegangen kunnen na het thermovormproces gekraald worden bij Bosch Sprang. Doordat Bosch Sprang zijn eigen kraalwalsen maakt, is er sprake van een voortdurende ontwikkeling bij het zoeken naar de optimale configuratie.
Bosch Sprang kan u adviseren over product- en randontwerpen en beschikt over de juiste gereedschappen voor een optimale verdeling van het materiaal in de bovenste productrand. Dit is van belang voor het bewerkstelligen van een goede kraalkwaliteit. März 2012

Neuer Randroller im Bosch Sprang Thermoform-Zentrum
Außer einer Thermoform-Maschine hat Bosch Sprang jetzt auch einen Randroller in seinem Thermoform-Zentrum. Die Mehrfachschneckenkonfiguration ermöglicht eine große Palette an Produkten und Größen.
Der Randroller wird für Test-, Muster- und Entwicklungsarbeit eingesetzt. Muster für kleine Produktionsserien können nach dem Thermoformen bei Bosch Sprang gerollt werden. Dank der eigenen Herstellung der Schnecken kann Bosch Sprang kontinuierlich an der optimalen Konfiguration arbeiten.
Bosch Sprang kann bei der Produkt- und Randgestaltung beraten und hat die richtige Werkzeugkonfiguration für eine optimale Materialverteilung am oberen Produktrand. Dies ist von Belang, um gute Randrolleigenschaften zu erzielen.October 2013

Nueva maquinaria para el laminado de bordes/cantos en el Centro de termoformado de Bosch Sprang
Además de una máquina de termoformado, Bosch Sprang cuenta ahora también con una máquina para el laminado de bordes en su Centro de termoformado. La configuración con múltiples tornillos se adapta a una amplia gama de productos y tamaños.
El dispositivo para el laminado de bordes se utilizará para tareas de prueba, muestras y desarrollo. A las muestras de producciones pequeñas se les pueden aplicar técnicas de laminado de bordes tras su termoformado en Bosch Sprang. Dado que fabrica sus propios tornillos, Bosch Sprang logra siempre idear la configuración más óptima para sus clientes.
Bosch Sprang puede ofrecer asesoría sobre el producto y sus bordes, y cuenta con la configuración de herramientas correctas para ofrecer una distribución óptima del material en el borde superior del producto. Nouvelle unité de roulage des bords au centre de thermoformage Bosch Sprang
Outre une machine de thermoformage, Bosch Sprang dispose également d’une unité de roulage des bords dans son centre de thermoformage. La configuration à vis multiples permet d’accueillir une large gamme de produits et de dimensions.
L’unité de roulage des bords sera utilisée pour des travaux d’essai, d’échantillonnage et de développement. Des échantillons pour de petits cycles de production peuvent être bordés après le thermoformage chez Bosch Sprang. En fabriquant ses propres vis, Bosch Sprang met continuellement tout en œuvre pour trouver la configuration optimale.
Bosch Sprang peut fournir des conseils en conception de produit et de bord et possède la bonne configuration d’outil pour une répartition optimale des matériaux sur la bordure supérieure. Il s’agit là d’une condition essentielle pour obtenir des roulages de bord d’excellente qualité.
